Border Molds!
Signature Series Border Molds
Make
incredible polymer clay border designs
to embellish your clay and crafting
projects quickly and easily. These
designs make excellent scrapbook borders
and photo frames.
The open ended cavities make removing
your borders a snap and minimize
stretching and distortion. Simply lift
the clay by the excess overhanging snake
that was pressed into the mold. Firm
resin material ensures that you get
crisp detail with each molding of 4.5"
(11.5 cm) strip. Molded strips can
easily be trimmed to but-up a repeating
pattern of each design to desire
lengths.
More
elegant borders and special surface finishes can be
achieved by applying Lisa Pavelka’s foils, or add mica
powders to the clay snakes before inserting and pressing
to mold. For a dramatic effect rub acrylic paint or Rub
'n Buff into the baked borders and wipe away the excess
to create an “antiqued” look.
Your borders can be securely attached to uncured, baked
clay or other surfaces using Lisa Pavelka’s Poly Bonder
glue. You can also use ultra thick embossing enamels,
hot melt glues, soap, or air dry clays for different
types of border projects! The possibilities are endless!
